I28 is commonly "farmed" for resources, not BP's. Resource pay outs are around 550-600k each run of either Gold He3 OR Metal. Many choose to run I30 as its payout is near 800+k but In my own experience I started running this instance with commons, and I28 was FAR easier than I30 due to reflect in I30. I ran I28 with all commons and it took nearly 20mins a run. But now have ten 1* and 2* divines that I've set for speed and can run I28 in 7mins. Each com must be speed of 360 minimum in order to fire first. In this case, you can use Ship Based and/or Missle Weaponry for one or two shot kills on each fleet you hit, again speeding up the time.
