If all ships in a single enemy fleet slot are destroyed by ships in a single fleet slot under the command of The Ravagers, Attack Power of those ships will double. This can be stacked up to 8 times. There is also a chance that those ships will instantly reload all weapons. Affected by Accuracy and Electron attributes.
