Pernicious Prince is a purely offensive commander card, capable of dishing out incredible amounts of damage per hit. Thus, it is recommended that a combo of Accuracy/Speed OR Accuracy/Electron is used. Accuracy/Speed would enable Pernicious Princes to engage the target before any enemy fleet does, effectively wiping out majority of their force in one, well-connected strike, to compensate for its lack of defensive capability. Accuracy/Electron would deal crazy amounts of damage, and thus can wipe out high-structure fleets within an instant. The recommended fleet targeting option is "Max Structure" or "Max Attack Power."
Remember to protect them well with other commanders because it lacks defensive capabilities.
