About Aggressive Warlord
This is a hull that is a Battleship. Unfortunately, this is one of the three nearly useless battleship hulls in the game if you already have the Blackhole. It is even more useless if you manage to get a Kirov blueprint or the Arctic Airboard.

Recommendations
If you are going to develop the Chimera Viper then you have to develop this hull first. However, that doesn't mean that you have to actually build any of them. This is a low volume hull whose shielding is insufficiently high enough to offset its lack of volume vs. a Blackhole. There are Frigates that have better specifications (Dullahan, Liberty Wings).
