Mall points are the developer IGG's "pay for" currency, currently 100 cost 33 Facebook credits (equivalent to $3.30 USD) additionally if you play via IGG's website the cost is the same*, there are also free ways to obtain MP by filling in surveys etc. though as many have pointed out on the forums some of these are not reliable.
