Adaptive Formation - Nullifies all bonus damage from lateral and rear attacks
Increases Agility - 2/4/8
High Quality Armor - All effective damage is reduced by 5%/15%/30%.
Applications for Liberty Wings
Tank: Works best with 9* The Dictators with max stats so that a Hand Of Lelantos can't proc and make the extra agility useless. Doesn't really work that well with Dune Enforcers since you won't be reflecting a lot of damage due to the high agility and natural defense.
