About Dessicator Notus

Dessicator Notus is Frigate obtained from Tesla Merging by collecting required ship blueprints and Uni-Sparks. This is one of the easier Tesla BPs to get.

This hull effectively replaces the Black Hole. With its 300% bonus verses Light Armor, it is devastating against Planetary Defenses and anything else that uses Light Armor. The main improvement over the Black Hole is the additional structure and shield values.

Special Ability

Advanced Precision - Increases hit rate by 10%/15%/20%.

Increases damage against light armor by 100%/200%/300%.

Enhanced Reflection - Reflecting module reflects 10%/20%/30% more damage.

Ultra Nwyfre-III and Black Hole-III needs to be unlocked.

Acquiring

In order to acquire Dessicator Notus Blueprint you need to have:

1,000,000 gold
150 Uni-Spark
15 Black Hole (Blueprints)
3 Last Stand (Blueprints)
25 Valkyrie (Blueprints)
20 Sparrow (Blueprints)
15 Cybra (Blueprints)
Or purchase it from the Auction House (Still not usable until you meet the usage requirements listed above)

Where used

Planetary Assault (Using the Doomsday weapon)
Hybrid Tanks - Particularly effective as a Hybrid Frigate screen for a main battle fleet that is likely to face fleets with Light Armor Tanks. The 300% bonus also increases the scattering damage as a secondary effect thereby, making the opposing fleets even more vulnerable if they are using Light Armor tanks in their front row.
