About Hallows Reaper
Hallows Reaper is Frigate and Special Hull added on Halloween 2013 and can be obtained from Champions' Mall and from Hallows Reaper Chest (Aries 01). It is basically a grown-up Dullahan.
Special Ability
Critical Strike - Increases Critical Strike Rate by 20%.
Advanced Precision - Increases Hit Rate by 20%.
Built-in Daedalus - Increases Overall Ship Defense by 33.
Note that the Built-in Daedalus doesn't prevent installing Daedalus module on ship, just as on the Dullahan.
