Commander Star Bonuses and Effective Stack Increases and Growth Rate
The following table is the bonuses for Star increases for Commanders. For each level increase that the Commander obtains, Stats (Accuracy, Dodge, Electron and Speed) will increase by the Min Stat and Max Stat. The effective Stacking will also increase based on the star level. When commanders level up , the Stats growth rate is used to decide on what percentage from the min/max stat is used to allocate to each stat.
ie: 2* super with growth rate of 5Accuracy , 4Dodge , 1Electron , 0Speed when leveling up from lvl 1 to lvl 2. Accuracy will get 50% of the 6 points , so 3 points gained on acuracy , dodge gets 40% and electron 10%, and 0 for speed
Growth Rate is randomly generated when the card is equiped. hovering over the icon will show a tool tip with current growth rate. This is where the commander reset card comes in,if a commander special skill requires high Accuracy and Speed you may have to reset her to "shift" the point allocation each time she levels up. but since this is randomly assigned, you might have to reset the card a few times until you get a good growth rate on the stat you want.
